    Shipping - How and when is my order shipped? top

    All orders are shipped via Postal Priority Mail within 2 to 3 days after your order has been processed.  Most orders are processed within 2 to 3 days from the date your order was placed.   Typical delivery, from order to receiving at your door is 7 to 10 business days for delivery within the U.S. You will have the option to select your preferred shipping method during checkout.

     

    Shipping - How do I get Free shipping? top

    Bernico Designs offer Free shipping on all orders that are $75.00 or more before taxes.  Free shipping will be automatically adjusted at checkout if your order meets the minimum total guidelines.  All orders are shipped via Postal Priority Mail.  Free shipping charges does not apply if your order total is less than $75.00.

     

    Return - Can I return my order once it's received? top

    Monogrammed and personalized items cannot be returned, except in the case of an error on Bernico Designs part.  A RMA number must be granted before any return is accepted.  All error or return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.  We ask that you please review your order carefully before placing it.  Verify sizes, spelling and monograms are as you would like them sewn.  Please contact us if you have any questions.

     

    Payment - What methods of payment are accepted? top

    All payments are made securely via PayPal.   PayPal accepts all major credits.

     

    Backorder / Discontinued - What happens if my item is backorder or discontinued? top

    We make every effort to only offer items that we have in stock or that are readily available.  However, if your order ever has a back order or discontinued item we will do our best to substitute another equal item that's as close as possible.  If this ever happens, we will contact you first before substituting the item.

     

    Order - Why does the color of my item looks diferent to that on your website? top

    Please note that colors may vary depending on your monitor settigs.  

    Shipping Outside the USA - Is the Shipping Cost really $7.99 to ship outside the USA as well? top

    No.  Shipping outside the USA is more costly.

    The $7.99 shipping cost added at check out is ONLY for shipping within the USA.  After getting the correct cost of shipping your ordered items via USPS, a separate (Additional Shipping Invoice) will be sent to you via the email address you provide.
